Workshop & Session Overviews
JAMMIN’ DOUBLE DUTCH WORKSHOP teaches jumpers new and innovative double dutch and wheel skills.
JUMP GYMNASTICS WORKSHOP teachers jumpers how to safely practice and execute gymnastics skills while incorporating a jump rope.
PUMPKIN SMASH is a beginner speed challenge for children ages 12 and under. Staff will judge the participates that have a chance to win pumpkin smash ribbons

IJRU JUDGES CERTIFICATION teaches judges how to accurately judge speed and freestyle presentation
JUMP SPECTACULAR is a jump rope exhibition demonstrated by the Jammin’ Double Dutch & Jump Gymnastics STAFF.
COACHES SESSION is a meeting of jump rope coaches to discuss and share coaching ideas.
AMJRF OHIO SESSION is an annual meeting of all AMJRF members that reside in the state of Ohio to discuss the AMJRF Ohio Plan of Action.
