The youth jump rope programs help jumpers learn jump rope skills while building stronger character and leadership skills.
youth Jump Rope sessions
Youth Jump Rope sessions are open to all jumpers beginner through intermediate levels and ages 6+ years old. A session is comprised of five classes. Jumpers learn single, pairs, and double dutch skills. Fun interactive jump rope activities are utilized to increase coordination, balance, hand-eye coordination, and team-building skills. Jumpers will be partnered with an instructor based on skill level. Jumpers should come prepared with water, athletic clothing, socks, and athletic shoes for all jump rope events!

FRIEND NIGHT
Join us and bring a friend to try out a FREE jump rope class. All jumpers can borrow a "share a rope" for the class. Economy Jump Ropes are $6 and are already assembled.
**"Make a Rope" are $15. Make your own rope by choosing beads and handles a half-hour before Friend Night. This jump rope is of higher quality than the economy jump rope.
